Remove any clutter, clean personal items (shoes, clothes, photos)

 

The Home Exterior​​

• Remove all garden tools including hoses. 

• Open patio umbrellas and set out cushions, add towels

• Uncover barbecues (Clean), pools, spas, and hide the covers

 

The Dining Room and kitchen

• Add a vase of flowers, candle holders

• If there is a beautiful dish, then you can make a table setting

• Remove photos, notes and papers from the refrigerator and anything on top.

The Living & Family Room

• Remove newspapers and most magazines

• Add sofa cushions, plaid

• ​

The Bedrooms

• Make all beds and tidy bedrooms

• Remove newspapers, magazines, clothes

 

The Bathrooms

• Add soft towels of different sizes, flowers.

• Clear off the counter tops – toothbrushes, shavers, soap dishes, remove shampoo and other products from the shower
